Gun shot wound to the head was the scene last night (more inside)

when a 21 year old male was found in West Baltimore on the 2200 block of West North Avenue (North/Monroe). The males identity has not been revealed. When he was found he was unresponsive and transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma where he died at 12:02am.
