Atleast the police are not involved this time DMX (more inside)

So looks like DMX has more legal issues to deal with, at least this time its not criminal. We have had enough of that. This time its with the company that was supposed to be representing him and setting up his comeback tour. Well apparently as the Heavy Rotation (HR) claims they went all out in trying to help DMX in his many other legal situation so he could get back to what he loves. It just seems to them that all of there work was in vain cause X continued to cause problems.

With his child support, traffic violations, passport liens, and other stuff looming over his head this tour was doomed from the start. So now HR says they lost $750K with this bad deal and are seeking there funds back from DMX. I don't believe he has that money, but if they give him a chance and he gets back in the studio maybe his industry advance could help. Who knows with this volatile industry.

Just to be fair, X's manager says they severed all ties with the company because of their unsavory business practices.
