we got the County Executive John R. Leopold going on excursions for women on the county's dime, now this. It was fake genitalia but genitalia nonetheless. The 28 year old male, Jocab Lee Bovia was exposing himself to women through the tight ass window of his Honda Accord. Apparently no one liked his advances of sexual prowess or lack there of but instead they all reported him to the authorities between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22. They then located him on Friday on a campus parking lot, and he still was holding on to that damn *expletive*.
He was charged with 3 counts of indecent exposure.
