Baltimore Police won't be racially profiling anymore - well atleast not (more inside)

Hispanics per orders from Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake. The mayor issued an executive order that would prohibits the use of city funds to investigate or question people suspected of violating federal immigration law unless required by the state or U.S. government. This because the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement implemented a new program "Secure Communities" allowing federal authorities to check immigration statuses of people arrested in local jails. So how do you determine their ethnicity without racial profiling. I think this was a good decision on the Mayors part - what a position to put a already practicing racial profiler in.
