Beanie Sigel will be headed to court for a hearing on November 18th and if convicted of tax evasion will face 3 years in prison.
According to reports, Beanie didn't file taxes from 2003 to 2005 and the prosecution is seeking $350,000 of a $1,000,000 worth of income during that period.
Its funny to think a person gets released from prison and has a new approach on how his life will go and then SLAM! The proverbial jail gate slams on your new found dreams. All cause you didn't file your taxes.
