Check the video out below as Kanye hits the deck unintentionally. Apparently he complained that the floor of the stage was slippery and obviously nothing was done about it. That is because as you will see he still took a tumble and stayed there for a while, probably trying to get over the spill in laughter. You can guess somebody probably got screamed on afterwards.
