Why not underground BGE?
That's a good question Baltimore Sun, and one that I have always wondered about our state - from the torrential rains to the winter blizzards... Why aren't the power lines under ground - that's where cable thrives. So what would be the difference? One difference would be there wouldn't be down power lines threatening thousands with power outages and killing the innocent from them falling to the ground. So BGE or whoever your owned by, what's the big fix? Don't you spend a lot more money cleaning up behind these kind of occurrences and you really don't have the man power to continue this way without threatening the people with a rate increase. So, what gives???
