Etta James has passed away at 73

Reports are flooding in that legendary singer Etta James has passed away from complication of Leukemia. She succumb to her illness in a California hospital that she was battling since January 2011.
She is survived by her 2 sons Donto and Sametto James.
RIP Etta James and out sympathy to her family...

Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade today...

Join us at the Martin Luther King Jr. parade tomorrow presented by Forman Mills. Apparently contrary to different reports Forman Mills must be doing OK financially, but I digress. The parade starts at 12 noon at MLK and Eutaw Street and will proceed south down MLK to Baltimore Street.

Rihanna photographed smoking something suspicious while on vacation in Hawaii. She looked pretty comfortable toking off of what appears to be a perfectly and experience rolled blunt. So you know she sunk down in that lounge chair upon completing her uplifting. Wonder if she knew she was being photographed and wanted us to wonder about her personal time.
