According to TMZ, Beyonce and Jay-z did not pay to have a entire floor closed off so she could give birth to Blue Ivy to the tune of $1.3 million. The truth is that they were given the Executive Suite at the rate any normal person would pay, a normal rich person that is.
I just maybe got a little clarification on the name Ivy from Wendy today. That fact that we know that Beyonce is very hung-up on the number "4". Ivy = IV which is the roman numeral for "4". Get it?
