Official Screening announced for independent film "Black In Blue" by Titus J. Burrell



“Black In Blue” is a thought provoking short independent and socially conscious film.  Written and directed by rising producer and content creator, Titus J. Burrell.  He attends Towson University pursuing his Bachelor degree in his major of Electronic Media and Film.  This film addresses the current social scourge police brutality and misconduct from a unique perspective.  Marcus Levine is an African American police officer who is partnered with Officer Hunt, a high strung white male who has with a deep-seated and unwarranted disdain for black people.  This contentious working relationship forces Levine to make a difficult choice between upholding his oath as a police officer and his desire to protect the integrity of his race.




The official screening of this riveting film is set to take place at 4 p.m. EST on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Towson University, Van Bokkelen Hall RM-204.
