Maryland Governor Larry Hogan just announced/signed into law that Maryland Public schools will now open after Labor Day for future school years.  This is something that more than 75% of Marylanders has supported.  That 's what it used to be for us 30 years and older crowd.  I couldn't imagine going to school in August - what a rip of that would be.

The executive order also signified that schools will also close no later than June 15th every year too.  He is starting to grow on me, I must admit.

Update 5:08PM EST:  New LIVE feed from Chris Brown's house.  No sign of Chris or his attorney Mark Geragos.  We are still awaiting him to make an appearance or as TMZ has reported being taken into custody.

Update  4:37PM EST:  According to the press conference I just listened in on, the case is being transitioned to Robbery/Homicide and apparently the police have had no contact with Chris Brown.   The police also had not interviewed the victim as of yet who we now know is Baylee Curran.  Since leaving the scene of Chris Brown's home she has already given her account of what happen to TMZ and not the police.  Something smells fishy here.  I guess we can only wait and see what all the witnesses stories account whether the corroborate or discredit his claim.

Update 3:52PM:  Chris' attorney Mark Geragos has arrived.  TMZ is expecting that Chris will surrender to the police soon.

Update  3:07PM:  TMZ just released the name of the woman that called the police.  Baylee Curran, Miss California Regional 2016.  She states that she came to Chris' house with a friend and alleges that this was all the result of her admiring jewelry and the person whose jewelry it was went nuts.  She says Chris while pointing a gun demanded she "get the fuck out".  She also says Chris' people wouldn't let her take her cell phone unless she signed a non-disclosure agreement, she refused.  Her and her friend then left the residences.

Update 2:56PM:  The woman that called the police has left the scene.  TMZ reports that the woman is "beauty pageant title holder" in other words "a video THOT".

Update 2:47PM:  TMZ reports that a duffel bag was containing "at least one gun, other weapons and drugs" was thrown from a window.  TMZ also says that it was Chris that threw the bag.

Ray J was allegedly inside during the incident so there should be evidence of everything right.  I am sure the only reason he was there was because the Love and Hip Hop cameras were rolling.  You know he is fame whore I am surprise he left.  They are saying that Ray J took a Uber from Chris' home because they were keeping his car as evidence.  Was Princess his fiance there?

Update 2:39PM:  Apparently the police have been there since 3AM and have been awaiting a search warrant for his LA home.

Update 12:01pm :  Did I just hear that the person that he was sexting was a Donald Trump supporter?  Now this happens after you have been making the rounds on the talk show circuit as a political commentator supporting Hillary Clinton and essential rebuffing everything Donald Trump has to say.  This sounds suspect, like you were set up and they took your ass out of the equation with one text.  Well Ok, a text of you lower torso and your baby in the frame.  But you would still be the dumbass that didn't see through the plot too.
