City responsible for $9.5M mismanagement for the homeless...
the city is being charged by the federal government with mismanaging $9.5M that supposed to be used to end homelessness. Tragic isn't it... and get this some of the organizations that they supplied the funding to can't produce documentation for how they spent the funds... Surprise Surprise... but not really...
