At 59 years old and working for a company for 36 years, Rosemary Capasso, you mean to tell me that you only are receiving $21.54 an hour, that's less than $50K a year. Oh honey, you should have been had a problem with that! How do you go through the 90's, 00's, and almost the teens and not have said something before hand? You have been raked all the way over the coals. Your cost of living raise "SUCKS". I feel for you and wish you a bunch of luck in your struggle. Her and more than 10K employees of American Airlines are fighting to hopefully get more leverage in union contract negotiations.
